Once upon a time, the land owner was chatting with Sampuraga. The land owner said to Sampuraga “Sampuraga, you are an honest and diligent young man. Besides, you're still young, your strength is still strong. I am afraid, if your continuous work as a farm laborer will provide a less decent living for you. In the Mandailing area, many residents work as gold panners. You better go abroad as gold panners, so that your life will be successful. "
Sampuraga Goes Wander
Sampuraga thought for a moment. He is eager to get a decent job so that his parents can make him happy.
He then said "OK sir, I'll go home and talk to you first."
Sampuraga finally returned home to meet his mother. He shared the news he had received from the land owner to his mother.
“My son Sampuraga, you go to Mandailing to work as a gold pan. Mother allows you. I also want to see you live in prosperity. Forgive mother who could not make you happy until now. Go, my son, I hope you will be successful there,” the mother allowed with a sad face for fear of losing her child. She is worried that he will not be able to see Sampuraga again.
Sampuraga finally went to Mandailing and said goodbye to his mother.
"Mom, I will come back and will pick you up when I have succeeded later," said Sampuraga.
On the way to Mandailing, Sampuraga took a break to unwind in an area called Pidoli Lombang. Then, he continued his journey to Sirambas Village. In the Sirambas area is an area led by King Silanjang.
Apparently, Sampuraga worked as a subordinate of King Silanjang. Hearing the news that Sampuraga was married, the mother was surprised to hear it. If that young man was Sampuraga, her son, why was the news about his marriage not conveyed directly by her son. The mother remembered Sampuraga's words, that when he was already rich, he would come back and pick up his mother. Because the mother's curiosity for her child, she went to Sirambas Village, to make sure that her son was really married.
The mother traveled quite a long way to get to Sirambas Village. After knowing where the wedding party was located, the mother was amazed by the festivity of the party that she had never seen in her life. With a pounding heart, the mother, dressed in shabby and shabby clothes, approached the party. How surprised the mother was, that Sampuraga was side by side with his beautiful wife. The mother is finally happy to have found her child.
"My son Sampuraga ..., mother comes dear," shouted the old mother with great joy.

Seeing this incident, Sampuraga, who was sitting in the aisle with his wife, was dumbfounded. He was embarrassed by the presence of his own birth mother in a ragged state of clothing.
With a high tone of voice, Sampuraga chased away his elderly mother. “Who are you, poor and old woman ?! I don't recognize you, you screwed up my party! My mother has been dead long ago, get out of here!" scolded Sampuraga mercilessly.
With alacrity, several bodyguards at the party dragged Sampuraga's mother out of the area of the wedding party. The mother of Sampuraga cried with tears in her eyes. She did not think that her child, who was conceived, born, and raised by herself, would have done this. So ungodly Sampuraga kicked out his mother inappropriately.
