One day, Mbah Irapati's son took a bath by the Yellow River. Without realizing it, a hungry crocodile approached. With lightning speed the crocodile grabbed the child to death.

Realizing his son had not yet returned, Mbah Irapati felt uneasy. He then went to look for his child. For a long time searching but he has not yet found his son. While down the Yellow River, Mbah Irapati realized that his child had been taken away by a crocodile after seeing its traces. Very angry and sad, Mbah Irapati collected all the crocodiles that lived in the Yellow River.

"O all crocodiles that live in the Yellow River! Come out all of you! I'm looking for my child. If any of you hurt my child, then I will pay back in kind. ” Mbah Irapati shouted.

"This wretch! Who dares to snatch Mbah Irapati's child? " the crocodiles say to their neighbors. The Yellow river crocodiles then come out of the river and gather near Mbah Irapati. But there is a crocodile that seems to come forced by being pushed by other crocodiles.

"Surely the crocodile snatched my son." said Mbah Irapati. "Hi crocodile! Are you the one who dared to snatch my child? " asked Mbah Irapati.

"Sorry Mbah, please forgive me, it is true that I snatched Mbah's child. Please forgive Mbah. " said the crocodile.

"Bring my child here." said Mbah Irapati.

After his son was brought before him, Mbah Irapati then revived his child. The crocodile dialunginya a necklace from palm fiber. "Alright, for this time I'm sorry. But remember, from now on no more crocodiles will disturb the population and persecute the population along the Yellow River. " Mbah Irapati reminds the crocodiles.

All crocodiles agree. "We promise not to disturb the residents along the Yellow River. If there is such an incident, then the culprit is not a crocodile from this place, but from another place. " That is the end of the story from Irapati and a crocodile.
