Tadulako Bulili

Once upon a time, King Sigi was attracted by the beauty of a girl who lived in the village of Bulili. King Sigi then married her. After getting married, King Sigi then lived for a few days in Bulili village. Not long after, the King said goodbye to leave because he had to take care of his kingdom, while his wife, who was pregnant, stayed behind in Bulili village.

"Sorry sister, you can't stay here long. You have to take care of the kingdom." said King Sigi to his wife.

"But I'm pregnant with you. Can't you wait until our baby is born?" his wife asked the King of Sigi to stay longer.

"Sorry sister, royal affairs cannot be postponed." King Sigi gave a reason.

King Sigi's wife relented, even though in fact she was very disappointed with the attitude of King Sigi who left her pregnant. After the death of King Sigi, finally the king's wife gave birth to a baby girl. Despite knowing that his wife had given birth, King Sigi never came to meet and support his wife. This caused the leaders and community leaders in Bulili village to feel sorry for him. They could not bear to see the wife of a king but live in poverty. The King's wife had to support her child alone. Finally they decided to send Tadulako named Makeku & Bantaili to the kingdom of Sigi to hold the King of Sigi accountable.

"Poor king's wife, she has to support her child alone even though she is very poor. We have to hold King Sigi accountable for being insolent." said a community leader in Bulili village.

"We just send Makeku & Bantaili to the kingdom of Sigi. How about Makeku & Bantaili, are you two willing to go to the kingdom of Sigi to ask the King of Sigi to be accountable?" asked other community leaders to Makeku & Bantaili.

"Fine, the two of us will go to the kingdom of Sigi." said Makeku agreed to represent his partner.

Tadulako Bulili Facing the King

Makeku & Bantaili immediately went to the kingdom of Sigi. Arriving at the kingdom of Sigi, they both immediately went to the King of Sigi to convey the intent of their arrival. After conveying the intention of their arrival to the King, King Sigi scolded them. The king of Sigi challenged them to take the granary behind the palace if they could.

"Sorry, king, your wife has given birth to a daughter. The elders in the village sent us to ask you to support your wife's children. You know yourself, your wife is a poor person." Makeku said.

"What! You dare to come here and then tell me off! You insolent! Go back and forth to your village!" snapped the King of Sigi.

"Sorry, Your Majesty, please support your wife and children who are in dire need." Makeku said again.

"Don't be impudent! I won't! If you can afford it, bring the granary behind the palace to your village. That's more than enough to support my wife. That is, if you can." King Sigi actually challenged the Tadulako.

Hearing King Sigi's answer, one of the Tadulako, namely Bantaili, immediately issued his magic to retrieve the granary. After successfully lifting the rice barn, the Tadulako Bullili immediately left the Sigi kingdom. Knowing this, King Sigi became very angry. The king then immediately ordered the royal troops to pursue the Tadulako. The Tadulako continued running towards Bulili village. Arriving at a large river, they issued their magic to cross the river. Meanwhile the king's army could not cross the great river. Finally, the Tadulako of Bulili village, using their supernatural powers, managed to bring a rice barn to be given to the children of the king's wife in Bulili village.
